Important Policy Information
Coastline Trailers, Inc. is based in Massachusetts. If you live in New England or will be traveling to the Cape Cod area and are interested in purchasing top quality, low priced trailers or service, we are your company! All others (outside of our service area), please call for pricing as trailers are NOT SHIPPABLE.
All prices quoted are for CUSTOMER PICKUP or LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY. Unless you are purchasing a large quantity of trailers, they are NOT SHIPPABLE. Parts and accessories are shippable.
Prices quoted are for cash or certified bank check, reflect a 4% discount and are temporary due to volume purchasing. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover (Novus) and personal checks (pre-approval). Other policies apply.
Special ordered parts or trailers are nonrefundable and can only be applied to other merchandise or trailer upgrade. Canceled transactions / deposits / returns subject to a $15% return fee of total selling price of items sold or ordered.
To better serve our customers we perform on-site service, pick-ups and deliveries and therefore appointments are strongly recommended when visiting the shop. If you travel a great distance, without calling, and find the shop and office closed, nobody benefits.
We can arrange local accommodations for out of state customers.
